• Retrieval Procedure: Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park and then signs to Fast Track. Your keys should be collected from the Short Stay Customer Service building on the corner of the Fast Track Car Park.

• Directions: Follow Thremhall Avenue (A120), take the left hand lane then proceed to the slip road signposted for the airport terminals.Take the second exit from the Bassingbourn roundabout. Follow the road until the Coopers End roundabout. On arrival at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The valet parking drop-off point is on this lane at the far end of the terminal building.
